Summer Camping, whether in CQY Day Camp, or the Y’s Camp Edward Isaacs Sleepaway Camp, is a great opportunity for children to play and grow….and the Y has provided quality affordable camping for over 50 years.

emphasis upon providing a well-supervised well-rounded
summer, filled with friendship and fun.
At the Central Queens Y Daycamp, children in grades K-9 will have the best of both worlds - great fun in our fabulous 375-acre Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds AND great, new air-conditioned transportation. CQY Daycamp offers twice daily swim and swimming instruction, sports, art, music, dance, drama, nature and Jewish programming; sleepovers, trips and more. Professional staff, exciting programs, and a spirit of fun and caring....we provide all the ingredients for a memorable Summer experience. The Y's Summer Magic brings smiles and thrills to children, and inspires parents to exclaim "My Child's a Y Child!" Teen Travel Camp at CQY provides great adventures and well-supervised fun, as teens enjoy daily trips, using the CQY Campground as their home base and swimming center, and taking advantage of the places and events in the New York area to keep your child active, excited and involved. From fishing to roller-coasting, field trips to Jewish celebrations, Teen Camp is a place to keep busy, share friendships, and spend a great summer. Top this off with our closely supervised, fun-packed extended trips happening during each Summer Session, and you have a Summer to remember, at a cost that is the best value around in Teen Travel Camping.
